Terms &Conditions.
These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use our website, contact Ebro or authorize mobile roadside services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They apply to your use of e-broroadsideassistance.com and to service enquiries or work you authorize from Ebro Roadside Assistance. A specific written or verbal service agreement may provide additional terms for a particular job.
Acceptance of these terms
By using the website, contacting Ebro about a service or authorizing work, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or authorize service.
These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Our service scope
Ebro provides mobile roadside assistance for supported problems at homes, workplaces, parking lots, roadsides and other locations where the vehicle can be accessed safely.
Services offered
Mobile tire assistance, tire changes and related tire services; jump starts; battery testing and dead-battery assistance; and emergency fuel delivery, subject to confirmation.
Services not offered
Ebro does not provide towing or vehicle lockout and unlock services. Contact an appropriate provider when either service is required.
Website descriptions are general information. The exact work available depends on the vehicle, problem, equipment, parts or fuel availability, location and safety conditions.
Authority to request service
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to authorize paid service. You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to request work on it.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, location, vehicle, tire and fuel information. Ebro may decline or stop work if ownership, permission or relevant information cannot reasonably be confirmed.
Requests, availability and arrival
A telephone call, voicemail, email or website visit does not by itself confirm a service appointment. Service is accepted only after Ebro confirms the request.
Availability and arrival estimates may be affected by current workload, traffic, weather, distance, access, equipment, parts, fuel and other conditions. Unless Ebro expressly confirms otherwise, no website statement creates a guaranteed response or arrival time, and the business does not advertise guaranteed 24/7 availability.
Pricing and payment
Applicable pricing and known charges will be communicated before you authorize the service. Costs may depend on location, vehicle type, requested work, materials, parts, tire or fuel requirements and conditions discovered at the vehicle.
If the requested work changes after inspection, Ebro will seek your approval before performing materially different chargeable work. Payment is due using the method and timing agreed for that service. Estimates are based on the information available when provided.
Customer responsibilities
When requesting service, you agree to:
- Provide the correct address, telephone number, vehicle description and problem details.
- Identify parking-garage limits, restricted access, traffic hazards or other site conditions.
- Remain reachable and provide lawful access to the vehicle at the confirmed location.
- Tell Ebro about known vehicle damage, unusual modifications, wheel locks, missing parts or other facts relevant to the work.
- Follow reasonable safety directions and keep passengers, pets and bystanders away from the work area.
- Confirm the correct fuel type before authorizing emergency fuel delivery.
Safety comes first
Ebro may decline, delay or stop work when the location, traffic, weather, ground conditions, vehicle position or customer conduct makes the service unsafe or unlawful.
Ebro is not an emergency-response service. If anyone is injured, traffic creates immediate danger, the vehicle is in a hazardous position, fuel is leaking, there is smoke or fire, or another emergency exists, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority first.
Vehicle and service limitations
A jump start, tire service, battery test or fuel delivery does not guarantee that a vehicle is otherwise safe, roadworthy or free of additional mechanical problems. Some problems require repair by a qualified shop or assistance from a towing provider.
Ebro may refuse work that appears unsafe, incompatible or likely to cause damage. You remain responsible for deciding whether to drive the vehicle after service and for obtaining any further inspection or repair that may be needed.
Pre-existing damage, corrosion, seized components, aftermarket modifications, hidden defects and manufacturer conditions can affect the result. Ebro is responsible for damage directly caused by a failure to use reasonable care, subject to applicable law and the limitations below.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, impersonate another person or use the content deceptively.
The Ebro name, website design, text, graphics and other original materials are owned by Ebro or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. No ownership rights are transferred to website visitors.
Third-party links and services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers.
Website and service disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. While Ebro aims to keep information accurate, website content may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebro disclaims warranties not expressly provided for a confirmed service. Nothing in these terms excludes an express promise made to you or a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow Ebro to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, delay, unavailable service, a pre-existing vehicle condition or a customer's inaccurate information.
Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law. It does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability resulting from fraud, intentional misconduct or other conduct for which limitation is prohibited.
Changes and governing law
Ebro may update these terms when services, website features or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively from that date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without overriding consumer protections that apply under another jurisdiction's mandatory law. If part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted.
