You don't need to diagnose the vehicle. A simple description of what you noticed is enough to start the conversation.

Where are you?Street address, cross streets, exit or landmark.

What happened?Flat tire, a vehicle that won't start, an empty tank or another listed service need.

What do you drive?Make, model and year if known; tire size or fuel type when relevant.

Is the vehicle accessible?Tell us if it is in a parking garage, tight space or unsafe roadside position.
